  1. In a food processor, mix all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Now measure hot water and oil and combine them into a bowl. When food processor is mixing (while running), add slowly hot water and oil mixture until the mixture becomes smooth. Sometimes it seems dry after adding all hot water and oil mixture. If it happens then add two or more hot water teaspoons till the mixture is soft and smooth. After that get the mixture out and process kneads for 1 minute.
  2. Now after kneads carry the dough to a lightly floured surface. After that spread a sheet of plastic cover with cooking spray and place it, sprayed-side down, across the dough. Now time to give some rest to the dough for 10 to 20 minutes before rolling.
  3. Place an inverted baking sheet on the oven rack; preheat oven to 500°F or highest setting. Roll and top the pizza as wanted and bake the pizza until the bottom is crisp and golden, it may take 10 to 14 minutes. Serve immediately.
