Mix red pepper, salt, corn, and tomato in a bowl and set aside.
Heat oil and stir in Chicken tenders for 1 minute. Add peppers, onions and stir for 8 minutes until the chicken and peppers are done. Add bowl dressing to the pan and mix.
Warm whole wheat tortilla and put chicken pepper mixture and cheese, lettuce on top of it.
Wrap it tight and cut it into the half.
