Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

Yields: 4 servings
2 lb. sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon grounded peppercorns
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon paprika
3 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat the oven to medium.
In a hot pan boil some water and blanch wedges for 3 minutes and drain
In a bowl combine all the spices.
Place the wedges in a bowl and sprinkle olive oil on it.
Now add the spicy seasoning and mix well all the ingredients together.
Grill the wedges mixture for 10 minutes and serve hot.
